- Our driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel, residence, or airport in Arusha or Kilimanjaro airport at the scheduled time. Please ensure you are ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before departure. For travelers arriving on the same day of the tour, airport pickup is available from Arusha Airport (ARK) or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) with prior arrangement.
